It's almost July and I'm still playing with the May Paper Pumpkin kit. Here's an alternative I did as part of an online convention on Facebook this weekend.
And, speaking of weekend, what a busy weekend it was! Paper Pumpkin Club yesterday, convention all weekend and today, a Magnolia Lane Scrapbook Class for my new Scrapbook Club!
I am super excited for the Scrapbook Club. I have so many (um, 12) years to scrapbook for my daughter and my hubby...this scrapbook club couldn't come at a better time!
Here is the layout we did this month.
Next month our Scrapbook Club is getting together on Saturday, July 27th. We will be doing a layout using the Come Sail Away suite. Details coming soon!

Hello, my friends!
Today is the day! June 4th. And, that means a brand new Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog. Do I hear a cheer? Oh, wait! That was me.
Here is the link for the new catalog. I am so excited!
As a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, I've actually been playing with quite a few of the new products as I attended On Stage (Stampin' Up!'s convention) in Atlantic City this past April. Attending On Stage gives you the opportunity to prepurchase some selected items from the upcoming catalog (and you get a copy of the new catalog, too!) On Stage was only one of the things I've been doing since my last post (which was too long ago!).
As part of On Stage, I joined a Scrapbooking Swap (I told you that you can Scrapbook with Stampin' Up!).
I saw a sign up on Facebook looking for attendees to join the swap and I signed up. I picked my favorite Designer Series
Paper from the 2018-2019 Catalog (Tranquil Textures). It took me about 2 weeks to get a layout I
liked (these layouts had to be WOW!). I
hoarded the Designers Series Paper as well as the Tranquil Texture
Sprinkles. I stocked up on Tranquil Tide
Cardstock (oh, how I will miss this!) as well as the Fresh Fig. Then, I went to town. I drew upon my daughter as my inspiration for this layout. I made 9 of these - each one made with different Designer Series Paper.
Here are some pictures of what I created:
I've also been busy making some custom designed cards and gifts for friends and family. Here are some of the other things I've made (okay, I made this for me):
Scrapbook Album using the Everything is Rosy Medley...so pretty. Everything in this album is Stampin' Up! Even the chipboard to make the album!
So much interactivity!
Lots of spots for photos, mememtos and journaling!
Stay tuned for a tutorial on this album that you can purchase (and that is easily customed to any Designer Series Paper. In the interest of full disclosure, I did get the instructions for the binding from Ginger at My Sister's Scrapper (she has a patent on the binding).
